Product Sales & Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of damaged or incorrect items, subject to review and approval.

Use of Products

Our products are intended for external use only. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Limitation of Liability

Aydnn Nyomi is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products. Use of our products is at the customer’s discretion.

Returns & Refund Policy – Aydnn Nyomi

At Aydnn Nyomi, the safety and satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers, as beauty products cannot be resold once they have left our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged or incorrect items that are approved by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Policy – Aydnn Nyomi

Aydnn Nyomi processes and ships orders within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may vary.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Aydnn Nyomi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Aydnn Nyomi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible.
